Terms & Conditions
Clear policies. A better studio experience.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Lagree YYC website, app, participant account, purchases, reservations and services. They are here to make expectations clear so you can spend less time wondering about policies and more time focused on your class.
Pricing, class schedules, instructors and these Terms & Conditions may change from time to time. The current version posted on our website applies.
Minimum Age Requirements
We recommend that participants be at least 16 years old. Lagree requires body awareness, the ability to follow detailed coaching and an appropriate level of maturity in the studio.
Participants as young as 12 may attend at a parent or guardian’s discretion. A parent or guardian must complete the required waiver before a minor can participate. DOWNLOAD WAIVER
Your First Visit
New to Lagree YYC? We want to give you a proper introduction to the Megaformer and the method before class begins.
First-time participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before their first class. If you arrive too late to complete the instructor-led introduction, you will not be able to participate in that class.
Calgary and area residents are eligible for a complimentary first class. The complimentary class must be the first purchase on your Lagree YYC account and cannot be applied retroactively.
For what to bring and what to expect, please visit our First Class / FAQ page.
Reservations, Purchases & Class Credits
A valid class credit is required to reserve a class. Your credit may come from a drop-in, class package or membership.
- Class reservations may be made online up to one week in advance.
- Drop-ins and class packages purchased on or after February 25, 2025 expire 12 months from the purchase date.
- All passes, class packages and reservations are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable, except where required by law.
- Online payments may be made by Mastercard, Visa or American Express. In-studio payment options include cash or debit.
- Your card is charged when you submit your purchase or reservation. If a payment cannot be processed, Lagree YYC may suspend services or booking privileges until outstanding amounts are paid.
Cancellation Policy
Plans change. Please give us enough notice to make your spot available to someone else.
To return a class credit to your account, cancel your reservation online at least 8 hours before the scheduled class time. Cancellations made less than 8 hours before class are considered late cancellations and the class credit will not be returned.
Members using a 2 Week Trial Pass or Monthly Membership who late cancel, no-show or otherwise do not attend a reserved class will be charged a $20 fee to the card on file.
Cancellations must be completed through your online account. We cannot process class cancellations by phone or email.
Waitlist Policy
If the class you want is full, add yourself to the waitlist. A valid class credit is required to join a waitlist. If you do not receive a spot, the credit remains in your account.
- If a space becomes available 8 or more hours before class, you may be automatically added and notified by email and/or text, based on your account preferences. Please check your junk or spam folder as well.
- If your plans change, you book another class, or you will not be available to receive a waitlist notification, remove yourself from the waitlist at least 8 hours before class.
- Being added to one class does not automatically remove you from other waitlists. Please remove yourself manually from any waitlists you no longer want.
- Once you have been added to a class, the regular 8-hour cancellation policy applies.
- If you’re on a waitlist and a spot opens less than 8 hours before the class start time, you will be notified, but you will not be added to the class without your consent. This message will be sent to everyone on the waitlist, regardless of position and will be assigned to the first member to claim the spot.
Membership & Contract Rules
Memberships are designed to make regular Lagree easier. The details below explain how each option works.
Daily class limit
Participants using a recurring Monthly Membership or 2 Week Trial Pass may register for and attend a maximum of one regularly scheduled Lagree class per day.
Card on file
A valid Mastercard, Visa or American Express must remain on file for active membership accounts. Outstanding late-cancel, no-show or other fees may result in suspended booking privileges and removal from future reservations until the balance is paid.
2 Week Trial Pass
Available to eligible Calgary and area residents after their first class. It cannot be purchased if you have already purchased another Lagree YYC service, including through ClassPass. The pass runs for 14 days beginning on the date of your first scheduled class using the pass, it’s non-recurring and cannot be suspended. It will not be extended or adjusted for statutory holidays or weather-related studio closures.
Recurring 4, 8 or 12 Class Memberships
These memberships begin on purchase, automatically renew monthly and require a one-month commitment. They cannot be suspended. Unused classes expire at the end of each 30-day membership period and do not carry forward. Additional classes require a drop-in or class package. Membership periods are not extended or adjusted for statutory holidays or weather-related studio closures.
Recurring Monthly Membership
This membership requires a three-month commitment. After three-months, it may be suspended for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of eight weeks per calendar year. A $25 administration fee applies to each suspension. The membership period is not extended or adjusted for statutory holidays or weather-related studio closures.
Student Monthly Membership
This recurring membership begins on purchase, requires a one-month commitment and cannot be suspended. It is not extended or adjusted for statutory holidays or weather-related studio closures.
Signal Hill Monthly Membership
This legacy grand-opening offer is no longer available for purchase. Existing memberships are valid only at Signal Hill, require a minimum six-month commitment and may be suspended for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of eight weeks per calendar year. A $25 administration fee applies to each suspension. Once cancelled, or suspended for more than eight weeks, the membership cannot be reinstated. It is not extended or adjusted for statutory holidays or weather-related studio closures.
To cancel or suspend an eligible recurring contract, email [email protected] at least 5 business days before your scheduled renewal date.
